Enjoyed your condo tremendously – every convenience of home.  From our experience we offer future guests the following tips on places to eat:
The City Pier Restaurant – just OK.  The Waterfront, close to the Pier and much better, Sandbar – one small step better than the Pier, Beach Bistro – very good but pricey, Sign of the Mermaid – very, very good and reasonably priced, our top choice and it’s just up the street on the right.  Recommend the stuffed shrimp and the award winning deserts.  Thanks.

It had been 7 months too long!  My husband and I stayed here at your lovely AMI home in October.  This trip we were able to bring our 11 and 9 year old daughters.  We all have loved our week here!  It has been beautiful, relaxing and so fun!  This island is very special and we plan to return sooner than 7 months!  Thank you!

What a great, relaxing week on Anna Maria! We have been coming here since the early 70's with our parents. Now we are the parents bringing our son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.

We came from minus 20 Celsius freezing cold weather to this peaceful, luxurious, private condo on Anna Maria Island! What a "wow" factor when you walk in! What an amazing view! Mom even enjoyed all the cooking she did on vacation.

This place was everything we were looking for. Walked for miles on the beach. Who knew such white powdery sand existed. We had to take some home in a bottle— Oh, and of course seashells. Absolutely enjoyed your paradise….

Steps away from the gulf, pool in the backyard, PC with Internet, comfortable futon for the kids, gorgeous weather, lovely town with unusually friendly people …I could go on for days. This truly was the ideal vacation for three generations of our family.

Wow! We had such a blast at the condo and on the beach. Wearing flip flops and getting ice cream at 2 Scoops was just about as close to heaven as you can get.

The condo is so nice, we had a hard time getting our kids away from the wi-fi and flat screen. This is easy living and your plan to retire here is well thought out!

We hope to come back with more family and make a reunion trip on this beautiful Island. Sunsets at 8:15 p.m. at the beach are not to be missed. Thank you for opening your home to us.

What a wonderful place to celebrate Ed's 60th birthday!

The condo is so beautiful. It is also very welcoming — great views and location. We loved the island. All the people have been so friendly.

We loved eating at the Sand Bar Restaurant, Hurricane Hanks, and the Stonewood Grill and Tavern. We loved the walks and the beach and the whole atmosphere. Thanks for your hospitality!
